When it's time to present your mortgage plan / loan proposal, how do you present it?

Most of your competition will fax over a GFE and a TIL and follow up with a phone call telling the client they need to lock the loan RIGHT NOW and get started on it before the rates change while they still can ( no pressure there huh? ). They make it sound like a meteor is headed for the earth and it's going to hit the lender before your loan is funded if you don't sign right now.

But you are a professional. You watch the market and you can give the client a good recommendation of whether the market is leaning towards locking or floating, and why. But you stil need to present your recommendations. How do you do it?
